By accessing or using Desolated Bliss ("the App"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you are using Desolated Bliss on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Desolated Bliss. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. The App requires an Apple Vision Pro running visionOS 26 or later.
Desolated Bliss is available in jurisdictions where it is permitted by applicable law. We make no representation that the App is appropriate or available in all locations.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Desolated Bliss for your personal, non-commercial purposes on your Apple Vision Pro device.
This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, or commercially exploit the App or its content.
You agree to use Desolated Bliss only for lawful purposes. You must not:
Desolated Bliss offers an optional one-time in-app purchase that unlocks bulk import and export of scenes. This purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store and is subject to Apple's purchase terms and refund policies.
All content, design, code, graphics, and materials that make up Desolated Bliss are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This includes the Desolated Bliss name, visual identity, and interaction design.
Your scene content — sphere labels, connections, attached images, and notes — belongs entirely to you. We make no claim of ownership over anything you create within the App.
Desolated Bliss collects no personal data and requires no account. All your scenes are stored locally on your device and never transmitted to our servers. Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes our on-device-only data architecture in full.
Desolated Bliss is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
Mixed reality spatial experiences depend on ARKit and RealityKit system capabilities. We are not responsible for issues arising from changes to visionOS or Apple Vision Pro hardware.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Desolated Bliss and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the App, including loss of scene data.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (including any in-app purchase) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your access to Desolated Bliss at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. All locally stored data will be permanently removed upon deletion.
Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive any termination of these Terms.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be noted in the App's release notes and reflected in the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of Desolated Bliss after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
